Boredom and Eating

As we spend more time at home, why is it when we are bored we eat. Now is a testing time for our waistlines.

As many of us are either in lockdown or staying at home being cautious, it’s important that we don’t constantly open that fridge door or reach for the cookie jar.

I’m constantly writing about routine and I write this as routine is so important and this includes your eating habits. Treat your day like you are at work. Eat your 3 meals a day and a morning snack and afternoon snack and if your feeling hungry, have a glass of water. Remember to keep up your water intake up. If your hungry, you make actually might be that your dehydrated.

So keep yourself occupied during this time and remember when you go to the fridge ask yourself are u actually hungry or are you bored. 3 balanced meals a day including a morning snack and afternoon snack and keep up your water intake and stay away from sugary drinks.
