So by now you should have been on your fitness regime for a couple of weeks. How are you going? Have you noticed a difference? If you haven’t why not? What is holding you back. Are you lying to yourself?

After the first 4 weeks of your fitness regime, you should be in a routine by now, you should take a moment to evaluate your progress. Make sure you are sailing through each of your stages you set yourself at the beginning of your regime. You must ask yourself, are you pushing yourself to the limit. You may think you are but if you were going to a pt, would they be pushing you harder.

These are the hard questions you need to ask yourself. It might also be time to lift the level of your fitness and push yourself harder. For example, you walk 30 minutes a day, try running for at least 15 of that 30 minute walk.

We should not be content with our status, we should strive to push ourselves harder. There is always a next level.

So take some time to review your current goals and the. Write new ones so that you can continually strive to be better.
