Motivation

Motivation comes from many different places and everyone has a different motive for loosing weight and getting fit. To be truly successful in your journey, you will need to motivate yourself. Don’t rely upon other people to motivate you, you must be motivated within yourself and have the determination to achieve your goals. You will need to muster a strong will power to make sure you succeed with your goals. Don’t give up when it gets hard. Partners, family and friends can be there for you and support you along the journey but it is ultimately up to you to be motivated to want to succeed. People who are successful have a desire inside them to do the hard work, to push through any pain and not let any obstacle get in their way of them getting the end result. I find the best motivation is me. The voice within me who says, get out of bed and go to the gym in the mornings when it is 5am. Yes I would rather sleep in, but I tell myself, just think of the end result. I also tell myself, you know you will feel better for the rest of the day and will be motivated during the day at work because I have done some exercise. If you want something badly enough, you will find the motivation within yourself to get the end result that you want. Remember, you are amazing can do it
