So have you ever been in a situation where everything in your life is going wrong and you question what the hell you have done to deserve this?
Well these challenges are there to teach you a lesson. Make you stronger and over time you can handle more and more pressure.
Now don’t get me wrong. Pressure isn’t good for your health. Stress and anxiety are responsible for either under eating or over eating.
Unfortunately I fall under the under eater category. So when I’m stress I don’t eat. Well that’s not good, you need a balance diet.
For a lot of people though, they have the opposite effect. They eat when they are stressed and it is always something quick and easy. What’s quick and easy foods? Well generally it’s bad food such as fast foods which contains saturated fats. They then put on weight. Which leads to other health concerns the more overweight they become.
So it’s important to recognise the effects of stress and do something about it to manage it.
That’s where exercise is a great outlet to vent your fraustration a, it gives you time to think and you get into your zone and become relaxed.
So is it time you checked you stress levels?
