Changing bad habits

In order to be successful with your goals, you are going to need to face your bad habits and ultimately say goodbye to them. This is going to take strong will power. Giving up the things you enjoy, like your sweet tooth, will aid you to be successful with achieving your fitness goals. Did you know that it takes 6 weeks to change a behaviour? To begin with, choose one thing that you want to give up, for me it was my sweet tooth. Say to yourself it is only for 6 weeks, you will be surprise that after 6 weeks of not having it, your body will actually not crave it. Once you have completed the 6 weeks, choose another bad habit you would like to give up and again say that it is only for 6 weeks. Again, you will find that after 6 weeks your body will not crave it. Remember your mind is a powerful thing and you can give up these bad habits if you push yourself and stay strong. Push through the cravings and say to yourself that you will achieve your goal and you do not need it. Stay strong and you can do anything
