It’s ok if you fall off the bandwagon

We have all done it, been very good with our exercise and healthy eating then you stop for a couple of days or a week as things might be hectic at work or at home with family and your scheduled exercise takes a lesser priority and you also grab the quickest thing to eat which is usually unhealthy. Don’t feel like you have failed. Get bak up and say tomorrow I’m bak on the regime. I have fallen off the band wagon and I get angry with myself, why did I let myself do that? But the important thing is, I only let it happen for a couple of days or a week, then I give myself a stern talking too and realise my goal is more important that I succeed. We are all human, we are not perfect but the important thing is that we always strive to reach our goals. There will be hurdles along the way and falling off the bandwagon is one of those hurdles, but get straight back up and get back in to your regime. Make sure that no matter how busy you are, schedule in your diary time for exercise so that you do not fall off the bandwagon again. At the end of the day, you do want to achieve your goal.
