Keeping an Exercise and Food Log Book

How do we keep ourselves in check. How do we know we are progressing through the stages to ultimately reach our goals. We write it down. Keeping a Food and Exercise diary is the perfect way to ensure that we review our eating and exercise diary. By keeping a food diary, it allows us to analyse what food groups we might be neglecting or what food group we are consuming too much of. In our busy lives, we may not realise we are neglecting a food group, we are creatures of habit and consume foods that we always have, so a food and exercise diary is the perfect way to pick this up. People might say i wouldn’t carry it around with me all day so therefore I could forget to write food consumed, well most of us now have smart phones and there are now apps which you can download which are diet and food diaries. So really you have no excuse.
