Keeping things fresh and fun to stay motivated

Fitness, like life is a continuous journey. You can never learn enough. It is important to continue to develop and grow as a person and fitness is exactly the same. As you get better at activities, it is important to reassess where you are at and what more you would like to do. You will find that your original goals will change over times and may in fact become only one step that you have already overcome in your new goal. For example, you original goal might be to do 100 push ups a day, but if you are already doing that comfortably, you may increase it to 200 a day. In life we evolve as a person and your fitness routine is exactly the same. If you do not evolve, life can become boring and so will your fitness routine. This is when you are more likely to become less motivated and you ultimately stop your routines. When you do not evolve and continue to improve you may become bored and being bored is not fun. Continuously improving yourself will keep things fresh and fun and will keep you motivated to reach your goals. Set yourself challenges as when you challenge yourself, that’s when you will get the results you want to see
