Living a healthy lifestyle is a challenge

It’s splashed all across the media, there are numerous self help books and now you have me writing about it too. A healthy lifestyle is a challenge. Let’s not kid ourselves. Our brains are programmed to go for junk food, alcohol and sugar.

We have touched on this subject before but you have to plan your life. Yes it’s tough, yes it’s hard to stick to a routine and yes you will have many temptations along the way, but if you can get though all this and continue to stay on track, you will be rewarded for all your hard work.
