Making time for Exercise= Planning

We all live in a very busy world. Busy work schedules and pressures of family and friends all come into play and can make it hard to stay motivated and continuing exercise. The key is planning. Making time for exercise should be scheduled into your daily routine. I personally find it easier to exercise in the morning as if work is busy and I have to stay back a few extra hours, I have already done my exercise for the day. Every night I have to look at what time I start work in the morning and how busy my day is looking at work. I plan what time I have to start work, how long it takes me to get to work, how long it will take for me to have a shower and get ready for work, how long it takes to get to and from the gym and how long it will take me to do my workout. This will take you less than 5 mins to plan and works out what time you will need to set your alarm clock in the morning. If you have a 9-5 job, do a weekly schedule and schedule your gym as an appointment in your diary. It will either be your first appointment or last appointment in your diary. I won’t lie, exercise takes time and to be successful with your goals you will need to plan and manage your time. Always remind yourself of the steps and stages you’re working towards and ultimately the end result you want. It is all worth it. Think positive
