Self Confidence and fitness

The fitter you are the more motivated you will be become. It is my experience that the fitter I am, the happier and the more motivated I have become. I have also seen my attitude change to a more positive outlook on life and not letting any negativity to intrude on my life.Of course this has to do with self confidence. Having been overweight from my early teen years through to my late twenties, I was incredible shy and did not like social gatherings. Losing the weight has given me the self confidence I needed and allowed me to be happy within myself. In my experience, the fitter you are the more you can achieve as you are more motivated to achieve your goals. My fitness Journey started nearly 3 years ago and is still ongoing and I am more determined today to reach my goals. It may seem hard to start your fitness journey and it will be hard at times but believe me, once u start and start seeing the results you will be so happy with yourself.
