The Benefits of Juicing

So I have just brought a new juicer and there is nothing better than starting the day with a freshly pressed Juice. Now we all know that juice from a bottle is not good for you. It is full of sugar and preservatitives. But pressing your own juice has many health benefits.

Mixing both fruit and vegetables in the juice is a good way to have your 5 veges and 2 fruit daily consumption which is recommended. Having a small amount of ginger in the juice will give it a kick but also beneficial.

The good thing with juicing is that you can try many different concoctions and work out which is the best one for you. It is also good as you can use whatever you have in the fridge or pantry.

Eating fresh fruit and veges is very important to your fitness regime. Fresh fruit and veges has important nutrients necessary for your body’s good health. If you are like me who struggles to eat my 5 veges and 2 fruit, then this is a good way to get the right consumption.
