Weight Training

So after having done weight training and stopping for a while, I am really missing doing weight training. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to be a pumped up muscle dude, I just want some definition and weights are great for that. When exercising, it is important to do a variety of exercises, some people just do cardio, some just do weights and some just do aerobics. Well you should combine all as part of your overall fitness regime.

Gym exercise classes are now embracing this by having a combination. Classes such as grit strength is a perfect example of this. For those that don’t know grit strength is high intensity training where u do cardio with dumbells.

Free weights are great training once you know what ure doing but until then, weight training with weight machines are a great introduction to weight training.
