What do you prefer individual training or Group Training

So what’s your preference. Individual training or Group Training. It depends on how subconscious you are about yourself. Many people starting out with their fitness regime are very self conscious about themselves so staring a class or group training session is very daunting.
But Group Fitness is a great way to find a good bunch of people, who will be supportive and egg you on to achieve and develop your fitness regime. Meeting new people with a common interest is a great way to make friends and these friends will be. Positive influence on you.
Group Training is also great if you haven’t done fitness before as you can watch how other experienced fitness people do the exercises and it gives you a benchmark to work off.
A combination of individual training and group training should be incorporated into your fitness regime. It might be 2 days a week with a personal trainer and 3 days a week in a class or group training session. Having a one on one is good for technique and the trainer can dedicate more time to you.
Either way, it’s your preference
