What is Sugar doing to your body?

We all love that cup of coffee, but how many sugars do you put in it. How many coffees a day do you have? Like some people I know, they put in two tea spoons in each coffee and have 4 coffees a day. Calculate that and it’s 8 tea spoons of sugar a day. That’s 56 tea spoons a week, 224 teaspoons a month and 2688 teaspoons of sugar a year. That’s just in your coffee, then thing of how much sugar you have in the food you eat. It amounts to a lot of sugar. When we are on our fitness regime and healthy eating lifestyle, we should look at ways to cut down on our sugar in take. Soft drinks and fruit juices also have a lot of sugar. If you cut that the soft drinks and juice along with sugars in your coffee, you will see a remarkable change in your body. You may not realise sugar is the reason people put on weight. It affects your energy levels negatively by spiking it hence why your moods may go up and down. By cutting down on sugar it will impact your health significantly and help you loose weight faster.
