Why is the world getting fatter

Why are we getting fatter? Even races who use to be super healthy and skinny are now getting fatter. Many years ago, the Chinese use to be a super healthy race. A culture where tai chi and cooking at home with vegetables were the norm. Having been to China, now it is a different story. The population is getting fatter, fast food chains have emerged and it is trendy to be see in a Starbucks.

It’s quite sad to see that races around the world are so time poor now that they are not cooking at home, they are not doing exercise and as a result the population is getting fatter.

We have seen this in Australia. As I sit drinking my coffee at a cafe, I’m amazed to see how many overweight people there are.

It’s quite sad. We are letting ourselves go and other nations are following us.

Fact; America is the fattest nation in the world followed very closely by Australia. Why is this, is a country’s wealth and waist line a correlation or is it culture?

If we continue down this path, governments are going to have to spend a fortune on health care to look after all the new disease which associates with obesity. So we don’t want the world to get fatter as we have seen the debt crisis in the world already. We can change this before it happens

Take responsibility for your health. Exercise. Eat Well and Sleep Well. Do your part.
