Many people don’t like running. However, running is very good for your health. It is good for your core and good for your respiratory system. Learning to breath properly when running is very important.

Running is good for your core. Have you ever seen an overweight runner? No they normally have tiny waist lines and trim stomachs. This is because when your run, it activates the muscles around your stomach and also your love handles.

You should aim to run continuously for at least 20 mins, but as you get better at running then put it out to 30 mins. When running, it is good to have a good selection of fast pace music to motivate you to run faster.

I love running on the beach, although, this is quite difficult to begin with, especially when your feet slide into the sand and get buried. But non the lest, it is a challenge and I like to push myself.

Learning to breath correctly while running is important too. You don’t want to be running down the street wheezing and sounding like a walrus, unless you want the attention lol. Concentrate on your breathing and find the correct rhythm for you is important.

When starting out running, make sure you stretch before and after your run and if your a beginner, then start with a jog until you get comfortable and get your stride. Once you feel comfortable then move up a notch and start running a bit faster and a bit longer

Once you start running, you will enjoy it and it’s good as your can do it anywhere.
