Getting out of your Comfort Zone

We have all heard the saying getting out of your comfort zone, but how many of us, really do push the boundaries and get out of our comfort zone. To be challenged in life, is the best feeling. You develop and learn as a person and ultimately you share new life experiences and make new friends.

One of the best ways you can get out of your comfort zone is by travelling the world and exploring different cultures and realising there is more to life then the norm. Yes we all want an easy life, but life isn’t easy. Life is not meant to be easy. You have to work damn hard to get what you want. Whether it be a house, Car or Career. It is the same for fitness as well.

There is no point sitting on the couch eating chocolate after chocolate and complaining to friends that you wish to loose weight. You actually have to get out of your comfort zone, confront the unexpected and march into a gym or find a personal trainer and sign up and start a new journey and some new friends.

To experience new things in life you have to get out of your comfort zone, nothing in life is going to come to you. You have to go out and grab it with two hands. Embrace change, change is good and you will find and do things in life that you never thought you would.
