Use this time to concentrate on you.

We are in an unprecedented time with the current situation world wide. Life was spirally out of control with work and deadlines and we were forgetting what was really important. Family, friends and yourself.

As we are being told to stay at home, it’s time that we concentrate on you. Get back to talking to your families, play cards and games, read books and more importantly take time for you.

Now is an excellent time to start cooking home cooked meals. Making that vege patch that you have a always wanted to do and live off home grown veges and do home exercise.

It’s still important to keep a routine during this time. Still get up and make your bed everyday. Have a shower and get out of your pj’s. Do some aerobics, yoga or workout in front of the tv or with the music on.

Exercising is a great way to help with keeping your mind in shape as well as your body, so take 30 mins and do some exercise instead of tv or internet.

Use the time you have been given at home wisely. Do things you have been putting off because you have been too busy at work. Now is ure time to concentrate on you and reconnect with old traditions of talking, cooking, gardening and the like.

Remember, self care is important and routine is important. Now more than ever
