What is your greatness

We can all achieve greatness in our lives. What is greatness? Well greatness is what YOU think greatness is and no one else.

We are all different and what motivates me, may not motivate you. You will have different priorities in life, different factors that motivate you and different ideas and beliefs.

Greatness is subjective and individual. We all feel expectations placed on us to achieve greatness but I want you to thing what’s important to you and what is your greatness.

In fitness, it’s quite easy to look at family and friends and look at their greatness and their results and if they are powering ahead, you want the same but even fitness is individual. Everyone’s body is different and operates differently. So stop comparing your results to other people and concentrate on your results and your greatness.

If in a week you can do 5 more push-ups than the week before, then that is your greatness. As long as your continuing to improve yourself and keep on moving and working towards your greatness then that is your achievement.

So keep working towards your greatness and look forward to the future and continually greatness.
