Why is it so hard getting back in a routine?

We have all been there, going to the gym, eating well, sleeping well then bam something happens and it all stops. We are our worst enemy.

Why do we always have an excuse for not doing something rather than just doing it. Well the mind is a very strong thing and you have to train your brain.

You can achieve anything in life but you have to train your brain to be strong, don’t give up and stop making excuses.

Do you know, it takes 6 weeks to set a routine. So if you push your brain for 6 weeks that’s the hard part. After that you will find it easy and a part of your normal life.

To achieve anything in life, it is hard, it requires determination and sacrifices but the results will show and you will be super proud of your self and so pleased that you pushed through.

So next time you have an excuse not to go to the gym or for anything in life you are trying to achieve, push your brain. Say you can do it and just go do it.

You will be so pleased with yourself!!!
